Director of the Academy of MŠK Žilina
Looking in the same direction. Longterm, systematically and conceptually. Management, coaches and players themselves. This is the Academy of MŠK Žilina, which has a long tradition and its homegrown trained players can be seen on the world football map more and more prominently and in greater numbers.
The names of our former players and our results, which represent the whole of Slovak football, are a commitment, but also a motivation for continuous improvement. Football is more and more about details, and that is why we are putting more and more emphasis on the personality of the footballer, his individuality. To achieve a common goal, the unity of coaches is key, who influence players through the same principles of education respecting their individual needs thanks to our experts.
The youth categories of MŠK Žilina are made up of players from the region and also scouted talents who came to "Shoshons" because of the superior conditions we provide them as a club for their further development. With a wealth of experience and conceptual work complemented by the latest trends in world football, we are able to work with the potential and prerequisites of a young player.
The environment in which we create our future national team players is conducive due to the close connection between the youth and the first team. The motivation for players to make it through the academy to the A-team is huge, backed up by daily effort, but not everyone will achieve this goal.
However, every player of the academy is enriched with experience that will help them in their future career.
A quality team is not only made up of the most talented players, but all players who will support the team spirit. This is how the true strength of a team is revealed. It is a great challenge for the whole team of people who influence the development of players in a unified philosophy to maintain the set trend, because the player of tomorrow must be even more prepared and determined to work in the competitive environment that football creates.
